Urgent: We need parliamentary debate and scrutiny
over WHO developed International Health Regulations
Dear fellow Canadians,
Public debate and scrutiny is crucial in our parliamentary democracy, and foundational to living in a strong and free country. Currently, International Health Regulation (IHR) amendments are not debated in our Parliament, by default, becoming enforceable law on each of us. This will potentially result in the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) becoming an unelected legislative authority, with power to make decisions about our way of life and our health, impacting ourselves and our national sovereignty. It is imperative that Canadians understand the implications of these amendments on their individual rights and on our nation.
Canadians have launched a second petition, sponsored by lawyer and Federal MP, Leslyn Lewis, demanding that our House of Commons act. We need more Canadians to sign this petition - the first petition was not heeded by our Parliamentarians. Please read, sign and share it widely.

Key facts:
On-going silence from world governments and mainstream media will result in the seamless transition from democratically elected institutions to private entities that have their own agendas by which they strongly influence the W.H.O. and the UN.
W.H.O. member countries’ citizens, wanting to retain their sovereignty, have started petitions calling upon their respective governments to exit the W.H.O. and the UN.
According to the W.H.O. membership rules, the IHR amendments are accepted by default, unless a member country explicitly rejects them. This means that inaction by Canada equals Canada’s consent to all IHR amendments that are being proposed now and will be proposed in future, including those that will negatively impact our individual & national sovereignty!
Other concerns:
The Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), supported by W.H.O. and UN, "seeks to change sexual and gender norms in children as early as possible". CSE has been implemented in Europe and is being introduced in Canadian schools without parental consent.
WHO prioritizes the use of pharmaceutical products over natural products, and vaccine-induced immunity over natural immunity.
Over the past three years, numerous W.H.O. statements and recommendations lacked evidence and have been proven false, including those related to pandemic measures and lockdowns. Example: Sweden, the only country in Europe that did not follow W.H.O. recommendations on lockdowns and boosters, has now the lowest mortality rates. All other countries now experience 15-20% mortality excess rates
WHO is an unelected organization. Tax-payers' money funds W.H.O., yet, private unaccountable entities influence WHO directions and priorities. Additionally, according to the WHO constitution, WHO staff have immunity from all legal proceedings including criminal prosecution (Article V, Section 13).

Examples of IHR amendments directly affecting our individual & national sovereignty:
In Article 1, the word "non-binding" removed from the definition of W.H.O. recommendations.
In Article 3, the following phrase is deleted: “with full respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of persons”.
More evidence:
Timeline

- April 20, 2023: First CDN petition (now closed) to debate the new IHR amendments. No debate happened.
- May 27, 2023: Proposed IHR amendments are published by W.H.O.
- Oct.10, 2023 : Second CDN petition to exit WHO, open till Feb 7, 2024
