Key Facts: (Note: the  first three bullets are from MP Leslyn Lewis' Dec 19, 2023 letter to Minister of Health Mark Holland)

• Since 1867, Canada has never operated by lapse of law, silence or inaction as a means of altering fundamental international treaties & agreements. Yet, our government's silence & inaction on the W.H.O. amendments/ Pandemic Treaty is a derogation of the treaty review process. 

• Irregularities in the way the May 2022 amendments were submitted & adopted violated the W.H.O's own rules & should have been declared null & void by Canada. 

• Because of the Canadian government's silence, as of end of November, 2023, several amendments drastically affecting Canada's ability to direct & manage its health care response during a pandemic are now in force. 

• On-going silence from world governments and mainstream media will result in the seamless transition from democratically elected institutions to private entities that have their own agendas by which they strongly influence the W.H.O. and the UN. 

• W.H.O. member countries’ citizens, wanting to retain their sovereignty, have started petitions calling upon their respective governments to exit the W.H.O. and the UN. 

• According to the W.H.O. membership rules, the IHR amendments are accepted by default, unless a member country explicitly rejects them.  This means that inaction by Canada equals Canada’s consent to all IHR amendments that are being proposed now and will be proposed in future, including those that will negatively impact our individual & national sovereignty!   

Other concerns:

• The Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), supported by WHO and UN, "seeks to change sexual and gender norms in children as early as possible". CSE has been implemented in Europe and is being introduced in Canadian schools without parental consent. 

• WHO prioritizes the use of pharmaceutical products over natural products, and vaccine-induced immunity over natural immunity.

• Over the past three years, numerous WHO statements and recommendations lacked evidence and have been proven false, including those related to pandemic measures and lockdowns.  Example:  Sweden, the only country in Europe that did not follow W.H.O. recommendations on lockdowns and boosters, has now the lowest mortality rates. All other countries now experience 15-20% mortality excess rates

• WHO is an unelected organization. Tax-payers' money funds W.H.O., yet, private unaccountable entities influence WHO directions and priorities. Additionally, according to the WHO constitution, WHO staff have immunity from all legal proceedings including criminal prosecution (Article V, Section 13).
